Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
