The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote next month's boxing match.
Ex two time unified title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather attacked ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the novice remains one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul met for the traditional confrontation, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really going ahead.
